Have a better new job finally..... working full time 5-6 days a week as a pastry chef for a 4 star 4 diamond restraunt (the Sawgrass Resort/marriot and their restraunts) as well as the cafes and banquets.... creating all kinds of deserts there.... will upload pics when i can too.... decent money tho.... and have a working reliable car for a change since last updating this journal thingie....other than that nothing much new here...been writing alot and painting alot... working on a much needed painting (taking me the better part of 3 yrs) and happy to say its near completion.
